Training simulator has developed rapidly in recent years and has been applied more and more widely.The job flow training simulator is a typical training simulator.Whether the training simulator is trustworthy is a problem that the simulation users and system developers are concerned about.In this paper,the training simulator of the job flow class is taken as the research object,and its credibility evaluation scheme and evaluation method are studied.Firstly,based on the analysis and induction of the characteristics of the operating process training simulator,the reliability evaluation scheme for the training simulation is constructed based on the framework of GM-VV(Generic Methodology for Verification and Validation),and then the IDEF0 modeling description of the simulation credibility evaluation process is carried out,and the evaluation process of the simulation credibility is clearly defined.Based on the analysis of the evaluation content,a general evaluation index system for the simulation of operational process training is established.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the evaluation index system and the training simulation of the operation process,the consistency analysis method of the simulation system operation process,the training effect consistency analysis method and the control sense consistency evaluation method are proposed.Among them,the consistency of process flow includes consistency of conditional probability of occurrence,consistency of activity execution time and correctness of event sequence.In this paper,the vector similarity method is proposed to analyze the consistency of the probability of event occurrence.The hypothesis test method is used to verify the consistency of the activity execution time.The correctness of the event sequence is analyzed based on the improved editing distance and the maximum same subsequence.The consistency of training effect was analyzed from two angles: single task training and multi task training.Paired t test and cluster analysis are used respectively.The fuzzy synthetic evaluation method based on AHP is used to analyze the consistency of manipulation.Finally,based on the research of the above credibility evaluation schemes and methods,a simulation auxiliary tool for evaluating the reliability of operation process training is developed.,which includes evaluation object management,evaluation expert management,evaluation index system construction,evaluation index calculation,evaluation index synthesis and evaluation report.The reliability evaluation of the aircraft simulation training simulation is used as an example to verify the reliability evaluation method of the training simulation and the effectiveness of the auxiliary tools.
