The credibility evaluation method for simulation system of main shaft rolling bearing in high-speed engine and its system implementation was researched in this paper. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, virtual simulation system software applied in the scientific field appear as springing up, one after another, with each passing day, they simulation ability become more stronger. A good simulation system should have science apriority, and can better simulate operational mechanism and laws in complex realistic test systems. Therefore, how to judge the credibility of a simulation system gradually catch widespread concern by related fields.on the background of simulation credibility accessment with the rolling bearing in high-speed engine, an improved credibility assessment method have been studied. By analyze some of the shortcomings of the current similarity value metrics, a suitable similarity calculation method was chose. And this paper proposes a combination of genetic algorithm to determine the weight interval number based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, called GA-INM-AHP. Then, the method was applied to evaluate the credibility of between testing machine assembly and simulation system for a high-speed engine rolling bearing. Finally, An assessment software on simulation system concerning bearing was developed.The main works in this paper are as follows:(1) This paper proposes an improved simulation credibility accessment method, which analysis and research the two main stages of similarity method, the similarity calculating method and weight calculating method. With the similarity calculation method, several common calculation method were contrasted and analyzed, a suitable method was chose as the similarity calculation method; With the weight calculation method, for improving several insufficient of current common weighting methods, a combination of genetic algorithm to determine the weight interval number based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, called GA-INM-AHP, was proposed in this paper.(2) The new simulation credibility accessment method was applied to evaluate the simulation system of the rolling bearing in high-speed engine. Contrasting with other methods, the new method shows its better effective and performance. (3) An assessment software on bearing simulation system was developed based on the proposed method. This software provides a friendly visual interface. With it, user can easily build simulation system construction, input relate parameters, and assess simulation system. This greatly improves user productivity, and can be used by the scholars of other field to assess simulation system of the same kind with the proposed method.
