The Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Management System By Taizhou National Bureau Of Statistics Survey Team

With the accelerating development of information technology construction, the fixed assets’ scale of enterprises and institutions becomes larger and larger, so its difficulty of management. How to make the flow process of fixed assets procedures simple and easy to operate, which can reflect the use of fixed assets traces, the daily management of unit equipment and optimization of assets also becomes a key subject. Use modern means to establish a scientific and effective network management system, on one hand, can register and master the unit changes in the increase or decrease and the inventory situation of fixed assets timely, on the other hand, reasonably organize and deploy the idle fixed assets will promote reuse and avoid waste. This is an effective way to standardize the management of fixed assets.According to the actual needs for the management of fixed assets by the State Statistics Bureau Taizhou survey team, the modules of system management, user’s rights management, basic data management, assets depreciation of assets management and equipment management which based on the basic framework of fixed assets management system has been made. The needs analysis, the system function module design, database design, system implementation and system testing and other related work are conducted in the implementation process of fixed asset management system. In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) Present situation and development trend of the domestic and abroad on the fixed assets management system is summarized and applications are outlined;(2)Carries on the demand analysis to the main business process of fixed assets management of Taizhou National Bureau of Statistics survey team, analysis of system management, user rights management, asset based data management, assets depreciation management and equipment management and other functional requirements.(3) a detailed description of the management of fixed assets of Taizhou National Bureau of Statistics survey team of business functions, the use of B/S architecture of network topological structure of the whole system were designed in detail, analyzes the specific content of the design of fixed assets management system each function module according to the specific needs of the module function, covers the composition design, business process design, and uses SQL Server2008 technology to complete the system database design. Finally, the realization of the whole system and the test conditions were described in detail, after testing, the design of the whole system meets the previous requirements for design.In the specific design of the system, the actual application of the State Statistics Bureau Taizhou survey team of fixed assets management system was considered, and in accordance with the relevant features which can meet the needs of the system characteristic and the demand of the Taizhou National Bureau of Statistics survey team itself. Fixed assets management system which this paper designs and develops has the advantages of simple operation, friendly interface, strong practicability, provides a very good management tool for the Taizhou survey team.
