The service functions includes auditing system information and management process; and the system functions includes data and system maintenance, etc.The fixed assets management system fills the gaps in the information management of asset, and speeds up the process of office information. The main features are as follows:1.Generating two-dimensional codes automatically. The system can determine the maximum capacity of the two-dimensional code need of actual work. It can make the perfect size of the barcodes to contain all the descriptive characters for the assets. And it can also ensure the speed and success rate when the two-dimensional codes were scanned.2.Function of checking assets. The system can compare the detailed information of asset with the actual photo after two-dimensional code is scanned. Then, it will show the missing equipments and generate reports automatically.3.Scanning functionality. The system can automatically search and call all of the scanners to scan and save all report forms and receipts like the assets checklist and total assets list, which is convenient for future reference.4.The system can also reconsider every important operating information, including operators, operation procedures, operation time, etc. This makes the system can keep tracking any change during the asset life cycle.
