With the increasing quantitative of alarm information in Xiqu Sub-office Zhongshan Public Security Bureau, the stress of police offices1 is bigger and bigger. It is necessary to enhance standardized management about alarm information.Currently, promoting police work efficiency is immediately needed to improve police offices1 efficiency. Using advanced technology method, decreasing police offices1 working strength, the problem can be resolved in a certain extend.It is particularly important to establish scientific and strict Alarm Information Input and Inquiry System. The system can achieve flexible inquiry, standardized management, ordering management.The system has dynamic combination ability and implements scientific management of alarm information to share and manage alarm information. The situation of alarm information in Xiqu Sub-office Zhongshan Public Security Bureau can be mastered in time. The system can improve alarm information inquiry and achieve supervisory research about alarm information.The paper use structured system development methodology, design and implement alarm information input and inquiry system in Xiqu Sub-office Zhongshan Public Security Bureau.There are seven chaptes1. Chapter one is introduction. The background of topic, current research situation at home and abroad, system development technology routine and research significance are demonstrated. Chapter two is theory. The theory of structured analyze, design and implement system development method are demonstrated briefly. In addition, database management theory and platform based on Visual Studio are introduced. Chapter three is structured system analysis. System Transaction Follow Diagram, Data Flow Chart, Data Dictionary and Entity Relationship Diagram are specific illustrated. Chapter four is structured system design. System modular structure chart and relational data model are described. Chapter five is implement of this system, including login interface, input, inquiry, modification and database. Chapter six is testing. It design test model to check program. Chapter seven is conclusion. It summarize current problem and look forward future.
