Comprehensive tax information inquiry system is built to integrate the tax business data. Message Services is used to solve the complex interoperations during data exchange procedure, and data transfer Services is used to improve the high-efficiency of data transport. The implementation of this system uses SOA architecture for reference, and makes use of some core techniques of SOA. The system has clearer hibernates, better flexibility and maintainability.Services-Oriented Architecture is a new kind of architecture. Under its guidance, existing assets can be packed and reused and the impact brought by the changing demand can be minimized because its realization is loose coupling. When the user need to add or change a function, only need to do a little of modification on performance or business process layer. Although Web Services is not the only way to achieve SOA, most system based on SOA framework is realized with Web Services because Web Services makes a better general has a lot of advantages, such as cross-platform and language independence.Based on the advantages of SOA technology and comprehensive tax information inquiry system of the actual needs, this paper is about comprehensive tax information inquiry system development. This paper presents the general framework of this system and the various parts of the design ideas. The significance of this study is SOA technology in the tax area. It will increase collection and management quality and data quality of tax system. Main task of this paper is to design the comprehensive tax information inquiry system.
