Auxiliary Design And Research Of Structured Cabling System Based On Microsoft Visio

This disquisition studied the engineer design of the structured cabling system and the drawing software------Microsoft Visio,as well as the auxiliary design and the administration of the Premise Wiring System based on Microsoft Visio,and introduced the development of the auxiliary design and the administrative system of the Premise Wiring System.With the up-to-date research achievements on the auxiliary design and the administrative software of the Premise Wiring System in the Intelligent building as a reference,and the base of the special solutions which are customized for different kinds of customers by Microsoft company with the use of Microsoft Visio,taking advantage of the deep development to Microsoft Visio to finish the research and developing task.To customize effective solutions of dynamic design and static administration for the related system users. The designing system utilized the powerful deep development function of the Microsoft Visio,using the Shape_Sheet as the interface of all masters,subshapes,drawing pages and the background VBA macro,with the SQL Server database administrative system as the background database.To establish the product picture database and the material database,and make the two database coincidence by programming.The disquisition described the design thinking and process in detail and recorded the running and testing result of the software.The software is designed mainly for two kinds of users:system design engineer and the manager of the system.For the sake of the design engineer, the software includes the database of some main manufacturer of the structured cabling system and a series of intelligent masters.Each master is controlled by the back-stage program to facilitate the design.For the sake of the system managers, the software realizes many practical functions,such as route inquiring,the attribution inquiring of each module in telecommunica__tion and PatchPanel.Statistical reporting forms available to the users can be generate automatically.The designing system not only improves the working efficiency of the engineer design to the Structured Cabling System,but also alleviates the work load of the engineer.It is also helpful in the everyday maintenance and facilitates the system administration.
