| With the development of society economy and improvement of people’s living standard, the current lightening protection operational work extremely needs upgrading in the ways of management pattern, service methods, capability, and standard. Considering the present situation and problems of the lightning protection work faced in Tibet Autonomous Region, especially in Lhasa, a lightening protection system has been designed and realized on the basis of WEB technology. The system achieved the recording and managing of the date flow during the whole process based on the lightning protection, computer technology and network communication to realize the receiving, processing and analyzing the related data. Using a standard lightning protection service process and data processing system, the new system can eliminate unnecessary manual operation and repeated work, reduce the data inconsistency and realize the common share of information resources, which result in the improvement of service quality and efficiency.Many technologies have been deeply understood before the designing and realizing of lightning protection operational management system such as the B/S framework, management system, backstage database and platform designation and so forth. The system chooses NET as the platform, C# as the programming language, SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database. Its main function involves information system management, project registration, administrative examination and approval, technical service, the management of user authority, office management and statistic analysis and so on.The major advantage of this system is its friendly interface, convenient operation, prompt and accurate retrieval. The system has already used in the operational work of the lightning protection center of Tibet while the system’s design is proven to fully meet the operational requirements which can realize the functions of date entering, searching, statistics, analyzing and printing and so forth, especially for the function of statistics. It performs quickly and accurately in the running automatic statistics report, which could provide a strong data guarantee for the center to manage the whole operational running. Furthermore, the system provide more convenience for the users by breaking through the limitation of region and platform, then the miscellaneous management process has been simplified, the intensity of work were lightened and a large amounts of time and human cost were saved as well. |
