Research And Implementation Of Lightning Protection Business Management Information System

As a part of the application of computer technology, "Lightning Protection Business Management Information System "(LPB MIS) is a typical computer management information system. Such system has the incomparable advantages for manual management, and its objective is to realize the information-based lightning protection business management. In particular, on one hand, it automates business data processing, promotes service capability, and offers better service to users. On the other hand, it categorizes the information, provides the decisive data for management team, and enhances the management efficiency. Its development mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of back-end database as well as the front-end application development; the former requires data consistency, integrity and security, while the latter need the characteristic of full-functioned procedures, easy use and so on.In this dissertation, such fields of LPBMIS are deeply studied as platform selection of operating systems, the design in development environment, the design in back-end database, architecture selection and implementation, information management in lightning protection business, mining analysis in business data, etc. The research focuses mainly on the four following areas:(1) Union workflows business management technology, analyze and design business workflows of each function module in lightning protection business management system in details.(2) Study the overall technical framework of LPBMIS and clarify the purpose, objective, necessary functions of the study on such system, and supporting environment for the integrated system as well. Furthermore, design the solution by integrating both SQL sever 2005 +.Net2.0 technology platform and a BS / CS hybrid-based architecture system.(3) To meet the actual demand of business management, classify business data and management information, and develop the WEB homepage oriented toward public society, WEB programs by using meteorological office network to provide information for management decision-making and specific function of remote data backup.(4) Highlight the concrete realization of the software development process and key technologies, and some typical program source codes in detail. Introduce the system test and application situation.
