The original manual data collection and recording of detection for WORD and other office software like the past can not meet the growing business needs of lightning protection. In order to adapt to the current large quantities of lightning protection data acquisition and saving the resources of the office to standardize work process,the office automation system development model by applying information and network technology is a pressing matter of the moment.This paper is on the study of WEB Lightning protection device supervision and acceptance of construction quality management system.It combins with the basic principle and method of information system development based on in-depth analysis of lightning protection work in the past. This system matched "lightning protection device construction quality supervision and inspection specification"(QX/T 105-2009) and suitable for the meteorological departments at or above the county level office automation system services lightning detection service application. It improves the lightning protection technology service standard, timeliness and continuity.This paper firstly summarizes the current situation of lightning protection equipment quality supervision and inspection business and deficiencies and combines with the "construction of lightning protection device quality supervision and inspection specification". This paper put forward the overall planning and thinking and approval management system supervision on the base. Secondly, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current information technology of developing, this paper choose ASP.NET+ADO+MYSQL technology line to construct supervision and acceptance of construction quality management system on the basis of WEB. Finally the alarm and on-line inspection and other novel function realize the interaction between users and inspection personnel in the system. This system improves work efficiency and reflects service quality of the lightning protection operation at the maximum extent.This system adopts the structure mode of B/S architecture using MYSQL as the back-end database management platform and realizes integrated management of the lightning protection device detection data, office document data and user data. In.NET2.0 development environment, thie system uses ADO to achieve between the application server and database data exchange. This system build system application service layer using ASP.NET development kit and language C# to control the entire information management system. |
