Design And Implementation Of The Lightning Protection Business Management System On WebGIS

Lightning disaster is a type of weather disaster which will cause great damage. Strengthening the lightning disaster prevention is the key to reduce disaster. Lightning protection business management is an issue that has to be considered by managers. In the past, files were managed by using traditional manual method, and lightning protection businesses were completed through paper. There are a lot of shortcomings in this management approach, which is difficult for searching, updating and maintaining files, and not easy to understand the processes of lightning protection business. With the continuous improvement of science and technology, computer science increasingly matures. As a part of computer application, using computers to manage lightning protection information has incomparable advantages of manual management, it can greatly improve the efficiency of information management. Taking into account the different needs of each users, suing WebGIS technology to manage lightning protection business is more in line with current business needs.Lightning Business Management System is a set of business workflow, online office, data query and data acquisition multifunctional system that can record Leizai, CG data, mine detection and mine business data management information. The use of back-end database technology to ensure the security of data, the use of desktop applications set to promote consistency and data integrity, system development, to meet customers’ needs. This thesis studies a Web-based database applications B/S structure under dynamic Web technology, combined with geographic information system technology, the demand for objective performance out of providing online services.In this thesis, based on the design and implementation of LPBMS, dynamic display of lightning data, online reporting of basic business, lightning protection device design review and final acceptance, lightning protection devices detection, enforcement of lightning protection administrative law, and so on, are completed. Lightning protection business management has been vividly, visually, graphically shown on the system interface between ArcIMS and ASP.NET. The design and development of LPBMS based on WebGIS has been realized. The level and work efficiency of lightning protection business integrated management is improved.
