Lightning Protection Business Management System Based On.NET

With the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment, some kinds of natural disasters, especially the thunder and lightning disasters, have occurred with increasing frequency, which have caused great harm to the development of human society. Thus it would rise to the challenge of the business operations of lightning protecting department. During the implementation process of system, traditional manual or semi-automated business management always exist the lack of standardization of behaviors, low business efficiency and omissions of business process, making great restrictions on the normal operation of Sanya City Lightning-Protection Center. Therefore it is necessary to develop a new business management system of lightning protection to improve the supervision and management mechanisms, enhance work efficiency and management level and archive data resource sharing, which provides decision support for lightning protection business.This thesis designs and implements a new comprehensive business process system which consists of acceptance of business, business process, test reports and rectification notice related with information. The whole system is composed of backstage management module and foreground module, in which the former is a ASP.NET Web-based application developed in VS 2010 integrated development environment using C# programming language and SQL Server 2008 as the data platform, the latter adopts the technology combination of HTML+CSS+ExtJS+Jquery. The system is mainly achieved through the work contact forms to accept business and custom workflows to achieve business submission and task allocation accordingly to the service status. The persons related business management submit test reports generated after business process or assignment registration in the business process workflow. Then rectification notice process starts after examination and approval of test reports, completing the rectification notice release and reception.Specifically, this system is made up of six modules, including basic data management, work contact list management, test reports module, rectification notice, field registration and lightning disaster investigation. Testing and application of system show that the intended purposes have been achieved which consist of clear hierarchy, functional integrity, standardized data manipulation, friendly user graphical interface and easy operation process, strict division of authority, simple and flexible workflow mechanism and timely and efficient information push, which could meet different requirements in daily lightning protection business. Sanya lightning protection business management system has been put into use, which not only can greatly enhance the service capabilities of lightning protection and disaster reduction, but also expand the business field of lightning protection.
