Its development can further improve the management system, standardizebusiness processes, improve work efficiency, reduce and avoid unnecessary errorscaused by manual operation.In this dissertation, through the analysis of the present situation of lightningbusiness management and existing problems, establish the necessity of systemdevelopment. Through the investigation of the surrounding area is running the samekind of business software, and according to the needs and characteristics of locallightning protection, establish the development direction and technical route. FoshanCity lightning business system is developed on the platform of Netbean, based on B/Sarchitecture, using JAVA as the main programming language, using PostgreSQL as the background database, and use iText, the components of JAVA, to generate PDF table.This system has realized standardized work processes and program management ofArchives, include main Lightning protection business, provide a variety of auxiliarycalculation such as various fees calculation, calculation of lightning rod protectionradius etc, provides output tables of lightning protection business, and provides avariety of data query and statistics. Since the system is put into use, I have beenresponsible for its maintenance work. After several times of modification andimprovement, the system can run steady, and provide.
