From the current situation of domestic large hospital, more than 70% treatment time of patients to spend in the queue up to registering, charging, waiting, querying test results and other chores. During visiting clinic, charges opaque and inspection report damage, delay, mistake, leakage, loss and other problems led to frequent conflicts between doctors and patients. Social survey pointed out that nearly 60% of the respondents hope hospital can equip with the self-service equipments. Solution of bank-hospital cooperative self-service system is an integration of special software and hardware for Chinese medical institutions tailored solutions. The system in the successful solution with the hospital information system (HIS), basic social security system, bank system problems, fully meets the hospital self-service residents health card, registration, payment, report print and so on.This thesis introduces the development process of bank-hospital cooperative self-help service system and method from different levels and models. The application based on.NET technology in the system, is using the service of "N" layer architecture based on Microsoft, using Visual Studio 2008 development tools, using SQL Server Express 2012 database server, using Web Service as the data exchange method, using C# language development. The system completes transforming for the medical treatment process from original hospital and implements many functions such as the self-service residents health card issued, self-help registration fee, self-help inquiry, self-help printing, background and remote management and other functions. The system uses the SOA architecture to build the whole application, and the integrated application of ActiveX controls, XML analysis, ADO.NET technology. Business process of the whole system is clear, high efficiency, fast inquiry. The test shows that the system satisfies the requirement of hospital. It accelerates the speed of the patients, and improves the economic efficiency of the hospital.In this thesis, firstly, the project background, the development purpose and the presentation of the subject are mentioned, and the structure of the thesis is given. Then, the key technologies used in the system are introduced briefly. In the part of system analysis, the architecture design, system analysis and development environment of the system are described firstly, and the data flow charts of each level are given respectively. Next are the business process analysis and the function module division system. The system design part, first introduces the overall design of the system, and then introduces the design of each subsystem, and finally introduces the design of interface and database system and the database design is introduced with typical E-R diagram and some database tables at last. The system implementation part, introduces the flow of each subsystem and the key process. System testing introduces the method of software and hardware test firstly, then in detail introduces the system testing especially the scenario testing and performance testing, then the test conclusion is given. At last, the work in this thesis is summarized and the further steps are prospected.
