In printing industry, online remote printing gets more and more attention. Cloudprinting becoming a significant update, can meet the requirement of the people in the mobileinternet era, making people print photos or documents whenever and anywhere they need.Cloud printing presents more liberalization and portable than the traditional printing mode,however, the feasibility, usability and security issues that occur when the printing service isapplied to the mobile terminal device, become the obstacles for large-scale promotion inprinting industry.It will be analyzed and investigated from the end user requirement, workingperformance of printers and GCP (Google Cloud Printing) in this paper.From registeringprinters to established mail printing service, it analyzes the content of the mail and submits toGCP use of the interface of GCP to realize the integrated Cloud Email Printing Service(CEPS), eventually applying this service to Kodak AiO Home Center Software.The research work is divided into the following aspects:1. Complete the design of Email Printing Service by obtaining the requirement. Throughanalyzing and studying the requirement of users, the performance of printers and the interfaceof GCP, we divide the whole service into function modules and perform the architecturedesign and workflow of Email Print Service (EPS), and then put the design of registering,printer configuration and submitting the content of email forward.2. Implementation and verification of cloud-based email printing service. This paperapplies VS2008as the development platform, and uses C#language to implement variousfunctions. Web Service and Http Handler of ASP.Net technology are used to resolve theproblems of registering printer on Email Printing Server and so on;.Net RPC is used toimplement the communication between Email Printing Server and Email Server; SQL Server is used to store a large number of the data from Printers and Email. Integration testing onCEPS on the basis of company test environment is used to ensure that the service can runnormally.3. Apply Email Printing Service on Kodak AiO Home Center software. We integrate theEmail Printing Service which is designed and implemented in this paper into Kodak AiOHome Center software to offer Cloud Printing Service for Kodak printers.
