Research On The Influencing Factors Of Users' Continued Use Of The Health Information Service Website

The health information service website is a web site based on the Internet technology for users to obtain health information,meet the needs of the user to health,and thus maximize the value of the health website information service.The service object of the website is the information user and the content of the service is health information.In the era of rapid development of network technology,how to improve web service to meet the needs of the public and to explore the factors that affect the user's continuous use of health information service website is an urgent problem.This research mainly selects the research method which combines the theoretical analysis and the empirical research.Firstly,it analyzes the research status of the domestic and foreign scholars at home and abroad of the health information service website,and then collate the relevant theoretical knowledge of the subject.Secondly,after analyzing the service situation of health information service website,we choose the factors that affect users' continuous use of health websites.This paper presents eight influencing factors,including perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,image,perceived value,expectation recognition,habit,satisfaction and continuous use intention.Through in-depth analysis of the impact of these eight factors on the health information service website and putting forward relevant assumptions,using the structural equation software to build the model,according to the data after sorting out the questionnaire to verify the model hypothesis.Finally,using the results of the empirical research,it puts forward some suggestions which are beneficial to the development of the health information service website.It mainly includes the development of rich website functions,the simple and quick degree of strengthening the operation of the website,the increase of the viscosity of the users,the satisfaction of the demand of the users and the strengthening of the supervision and propaganda of the website and so on.
