With the rapid advance of the network technique and the popularization of Internet, it is very easy for the users to get a lot of information on Internet. How to make employment information networked has been a key emphasis in work for all employment administrations in colleges at present. Employment in colleges possesses a series of characteristics of rigid policy, timely real-time, detailed and complicated information and comprehensive service, which has distributed high pressure to employment management departments. To build employment management information system which satisfies the needs of all kinds of staff in colleges is good for employment management departments in colleges to improve work efficiency, and at the same time it is the needs of improving employment service. According to the current situation of employment management of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities, it offers powerful support to make employment management informatization and webified to design and develop employment management information system based on wet.Based on the internet environment, the system is the information management system that focuses on the students’ employment as the core. The system has the functions of foreground information distribution as well as background system management and so on, all business and management are achieved through website, which makes employment management webified come true. This system is developed by adopting Jsp+Servlet+JavaBean, based on the schema B/S, used MyEclipse 10.0 as development platform, Tomcat as the server, and SQL Server2005 as database management system. During the development process, a lot of framework agreement such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate and reusable module technique such as Java bean are adopted in order to improve the flexibility and the expandability of application program.The main issues that this thesis researches are the following:1. To research the development state of the current employment information management system at home and abroad and illuminate the research background of the system;2. To go into the correlation techniques of developing employment management system;3. To analyze and discuss about the design demands of employment management system;4. To develop and debug the system by adopting the development mode of B/S;5. Testing the functions of the system and put forward related theory associated with the design as well as its expectation.The test result of the system at the present shows that all the functions of the employment information management system of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities are relatively complete. And the system is easy and simple to handle, working steadily and reliably with friendly interface, which satisfies the demands of the employment management department in colleges. At the same time, depending on modern network techniques, the system realizes the organic bond among colleges, employers and graduates, which brings its superiority into network information transfer and provides recruitment information and job vacancies for the employers and the graduates, and plays very important roles in improving students’ employment rate.
