We will use the technology of PHP + MySQL + Apache on the development of the system. The main work of the thesis consists of the following parts:(1) The thesis introduces the application and research situation of the office automation system, also analyses the practical significance of the creation of office automation system.(2) The thesis adopts the B/S architecture, we choose the technology which based on the PHP language and MySQL database to develop this system, the workflow and security technology are analyzed at the same time.(3) In the summary of the system design section details the development of the system analysis needs, feasibility study, system function and database design. And we analyse system structure, module and module flow chart by way of chart.(4) In the system implementation part, we first select the B/S mode to realize the system. Then choose PHP as a development tool, use the presentation layer, the functional layer, the data layer as the three layer mechanism. The presentation layer is placed on the PHP webpage; the functional layer is composed of expanded application of the WEB server; the data layer is achieved at the database server MySQL. Using the database level and system level double user authority to ensure the safety of the system.(5) The system has been tested and given the specific test procedures and the results of operation. On the user interface, interface of server, browser compatibility, system safety and fault tolerance test. The system runs well.
