Research And Design Of Campus Office Automation System

With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and database technology, many advanced automation management systems have been developed, such as educational management, student status management,performance management, dormitory management, etc., reduce the work of teachers and workers in Colleges and universities to improve the work quality and efficiency,improve the school’s information level.This paper analyzes the development background of the campus office automation system in detail, studies the application status of the domestic and international system, expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the main work and innovation points of this paper. Secondly, this paper introduces the system design and implementation of background technology,respectively, B/S system architecture, JSP technology, Java Bean technology, Web services technology, SQLServer2010 database technology, analysis of the advantages of the system design and implementation technology, the development of office automation system for the great help. Then, this paper verified the feasibility of the system from four aspects: economic feasibility, social feasibility, technical feasibility and management feasibility. Through investigation and analysis of university administrative staff, teachers, etc., the use of UML use case diagram to export the system’s logical business functions, meeting management functions,meeting management functions, daily management functions, personal office management functions and system management functions, etc., and from the data consistency, system reliability and other aspects to verify the system performance,improve the system performance requirements. Then, this paper designs the system’s network topology, software and hardware deployment architecture and functional hierarchy, using the structured process technology to model each function, and using the E-R diagram and relational table to design a sound database, improve the access performance of the system data base. Finally, this paper based on the Eclipse environment, Java language programming technology, JSP technology to achieve a functional office automation system, system running and test results show that with good usability and ease of use, improve the level of automation of the school and the level of information, has an important role.University office automation system can provide a good information officeplatform for university administrative staff, teachers and students, improve the school office automation, intelligent level, to further improve the teaching quality and social influence in Colleges and universities.
