Design And Implementation Of The Enterprise Office Automation System

Office automation system is a combination of market environment and enterprise's practical needs by integrating modern network technology with enterprise office.There are significant differences between it and the normal way of working.Because computer network can reflect diversity characteristics.Among them,the main features include the efficiency and simplicity,so it can greatly improve the office efficiency of the enterprise.This is the objective requirement that the enterprise develops further.This dissertation investigates the running mechanism and the actual needs of office automation enterprise,and provides an indispensable basis for the system development.The system can manifest many advantages such as its extensibility,the difficulty of maintenance and so on.Firstly,the research function and direction of the system are clarified.After these,we discuss the development of the present stage and propose the development of modern science and technology,and office informatization is an objective requirement of enterprise development.And it is also a core trend of enterprise development.In addition,this study uses the B/S architecture in the process of system development,and considers the MVC design pattern as the core of the solution;the implement of all modules for all kinds of properties and methods of design are finished through the specific model analysis;the structure are refined for the all work function modules.In addition,this study analyzes the code redundancy of all module codes in order to facilitate their organization and implementation later.With this kind of system as the core,the comprehensive demand analysis is carried out to make the database architecture more reasonable from multiple levels.In addition,this study provides a strict use case analysis for all kinds of functions,and finally builds a platform for the system integration of functional modules.In the process of system testing,the testing method is choosed and analyzed.Then the testing scheme is designed.Finally,through the black box test,the functions of the system are standardized and the test results are objectively analyzed.The results show that the design of office automation system can meet the actual needs of the company's business office and has good reliability.
