With people living standards have improved, Chinese national folk dance has more and more influence on our life day by day. It is the best form of different forms of record carrier and medium for national folk dance. Tibetan folk dances is one of the most representative in Chinese national folk dance. It’s action cool and uninhibited, expression starkness, elegant music, rhythm has a unique artistic style distinct. Digitalization is a kind of current trends,and its advantage is obvious. So, the digitalization of the Tibetan folk dances video becomes inevitable. With the development of technology, the digital dance began to develop, folk dance have joined the ranks of the digital dance, Tibetan folk dance is no exception, and many colleges and universities all have the aid of digital multimedia technology assisted instruction, then build countless new teaching mode. Has slowly say goodbye to traditional classroom teaching, teaching the transition towards a modern network, network teaching platform applications more widely, the Tibetan folk dance introduced to the network platform to teaching, can reasonably improve dance teaching resources, and will also address the traditional dance teaching methods by limiting the dissemination achieve wider dissemination. Because of these new teaching model has been a visual image of teachers and students unanimously welcomed, thus highlighting the important role of its teaching. With accumulation of digital dancing videos,how to retrieve manage and store, them is being one realistic problem.In this thesis, the current status of the network teaching system, combined with the basic idea of the new Tibetan folk dance teaching model for teaching the actual situation of Xi Hua University College of the Arts Dance Department, the use of process management thinking, analysis of the teachers, administrators, students three roles functional requirements, and according to the different roles of functional requirements, design and implement a Tibetan folk dance teaching management information systems Development of the system to the specific circumstances of the basic idea and teaching Tibetan folk dance teaching model as the basis, following the design ideas and develop concepts of software engineering in the system development process, with the process.NET platform development and design of the whole system, the use of process management thinking, different users on the system behavior analysis modeling to provide different user interfaces. Realization of technical systems shipped B / thinking, analysis system S architecture in three-tier architecture(presentation layer, business logic and data services layer) used to solve in the development of Tibetan folk dance teaching management information systems of key technologies issue. System according to the specific needs of Xi hua University Teaching Institute of the Arts Dance Department developed a system login module, teachers operation module, students operating module and system management module to facilitate different users different usage requirements for the system.In this thesis, based on research and development of Tibetan folk dance teaching management information systems.NET platform, give full play to its low cost, easy to maintain, can be cross-platform advantages, to achieve a secondary function of classroom teaching, art, Xi Hua University Dance teaching contributed.
