At present, domestic and foreign information technology has already entered into the core of Web applications based on the stage. Web application development today, has been showing increasingly complex and multi-level development of the situation. J2EE architecture, is built with scalability, reusability, flexibility, ease of maintenance of Web applications provides a good mechanism, so the research on J2EE architecture and development of high-performance structures will undoubtedly become a prerequisite for Web applications .Based on the collection of Tibetan literature information cataloging system design and implementation of an architecture based on J2EE Web application development design. Focus on J2EE multi-tier architecture and Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework, a component of design technology are conducted in-depth discussion, full of multi-layer structure of J2EE architecture design, component reuse and other technical features of the application to achieve loose coupling, high multiplexing, maintainable and other characteristics. Cataloging the entire collection of Tibetan literature information system using PowerDesigner modeling tool, using RUP development model and plug-ins MyEclipse4.0 in Eclipse3.1 under development, debugging, deploying in Tomcat 6.0. to run.This article focuses on the collection of Tibetan literature information cataloging system needs analysis, outline design and detailed design: through needs analysis, on the system's users and the functionality required to achieve a clear positioning; in the outline design stage, the work on the system processes are analyzed, the basic work flow chart drawing conducted J2EE architecture design and module design, use of UML language to set up the system use case model, class diagram models; the realization stage, the use of Struts, Spring, Hibernate technology development and coding to show the user login information management, Tibetan bibliographic information management, the main function module design and implementation of basic components of a J2EE technology-based cataloging system, the framework of the Tibetan literature.
