Abstract/Summary:
With the development of computer technology and network construction, all levels of government institutions have completed the initial steps of centralized processing in departments with the idea of cost-saving and integrated service. During the process of improvement, parallel concept is realized thro ugh the developm ent of infor mation technology. Cooperation in different departments will be strengthened, paper-based data reporting will becom e paperless and electron ic-based. At the sam e time, supervision should be strengthened as well as the protection of data storage. The paper sort the existing business needing adm inistrative approval by summarizing the releva nt administrative institutions and the releva nt materials to be submitted in a busines s. Then the paper ana lyze the association of the business with similar submitted materials, and establish a b atch processing procedure for similar processed businesses. Meanwhile, the paper m ake an investigation of status quo of technological infrastructure in Chengdu Chie f Hall, and then desi gn a batch processing system based on workflow. And through the developed information technologies and browser-based rich client t echnology, interaction between the batch processing syste m and the public and adm inistrative staff could be realized. T he use of m iddleware of J2 EE, such as S tuts, Spring, iBatis, etc. supported by sophisticated three-tier B / S. architecture can help realize the design the implementation of service end. By analyzing the pre-conditions for the entire events, parallel departments involved in, and demand of serial events, and allocating relevant configurations to data-dependent events, the whole system can begin to run. A standard test is used to confirm the completeness and correctness of the system after the com pletion of the development and configuration of the system. In the end, the deployment, operation and maintenance of the system will be managed on-line in Chengdu Chief Hall. Finally, the paper summ arize the resu lts based on our work. propose that government institutions can sort their adm inistrative business in order, and then to establish an electronic busin ess processing system with the support of infor mation technology, so that adm inistrative efficiency can be improved and the cost of administrative service can be reduced.
