Analysis And Design Of Administrative Affairs Management Information System Of Administrative

With people’s demands on the efficiency of the administrative organ are increasing and the consciousness of sustainable development, such as saving and environmental protection, is strengthening, it is important to develop a useful administrative affairs management information system. During recent years, the rise and development of object-oriented analysis and design ideas and technology make the system analysis and design more easily. The object-oriented analysis and design has many advantages such as cross-platform, high efficiency, more exactly to capture the user’s demands, and so on, and now it is becoming the main technology for system designing and programming. So we made use of the object-oriented techonology to analyze and design our system, and realize the progress in Microsoft Office Visio2013using the unified modeling language (UML).The main research contents in this paper consist of4parts.(1)We analyzed the disadvantages in current electronic administrative systems and orchestration of office affairs and then reconstructed the orchestration.(2) According to the user demands and the functions of the system, we divided the system into6subsystems:system management, office document management, meeting management, personnel management, vehicle management and notice management. Then we used the use case modeling techonology to anslyze and design the architecture of all subsystems, and drew the use-case diagrams and patch diagrams.(3) We analyzed the class structure of all subsystems and design the main attributes of all classes, and built the relationship diagrams of entity classes and designed the structure of all tables.(4) We summarized the works of our study, and pointed the future work direction according to the defaults.We can draw a conclusion that the object-oriented analysis and design is a useful way to analyse and design the dministrative affairs management information system, because it can capture the user’s demands more exactly, shorten the design time and improve the efficiency of research and development...
