The demand for millimeter-wave solid-state source is increasing with the rising frequency of the communication system. The use of the millimeter-wave frequency doubler to get the millimeter-wave solid-state source is the most effective way. Receiving channels in a receiver in communication systems are often multi-channel Power divider network will take responsibility for power distribution systems. Based on the project requirements, a 3mm-band power divider network and multiplier were studied in this thesis.Research on 3mm band power divider network is the thesis’ emphasis. According to indicators, two four-way power divider networks are designed in high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The first is based on the principle of slotted waveguide coupler, analyze the coupling of waveguide H-plane and E plane in the conditions of multi-stage coupling hole. Two branches of the E-plane waveguide bridges and waveguide bridge cracks are cascaded, by adjusting the position of the output port to meet the project requirements. 3 Magic T and TE10-TE01 mode converter connected together to constitute another four splitters, Signal is divided into two equal amplitude signal through the first magic T, then each channel signal through a magic T is divided into two equal amplitude signal. The four equal amplitude signal turn into the circular waveguide from the circular waveguide side arm, and then aliquot from the circular waveguide four outputs. Both simulation models are established, by optimizing parameters to obtain good result to meet the requirements of the project indicators, insertion loss is-6dB or so, the input port return loss better than-20 dB. The physical presence of the test results and simulation results are some differences, several possible reasons is given in the thesis. But reaches the desired impact.This thesis also studied the frequency multiplier, including W-band waveguide-microstrip transition, filter, DC power supply circuit. In this thesis, the E-plane waveguide filter is designed for octaving band pass filter. Finally,the author Complete the fabrication, debugging and testing of the circuit., When the input power is 12 dBm, the needed frequency power is 0dBm.
