| According to recent census statistics, population above sixty is approximately 194 million accounted about 13.7% of the total population in China, in which so many old people cannot take care of themselves. With the aging of society more and more serious, the social service for the aged is particularly important. Because of the development of national economic, massive social endowment cannot get economic guarantee, and with family size decreasing gradually, the traditional family pension mode cannot meet the needs of nursing. Since social pension and the traditional family pension cannot solve the problem of pension, the community nursing pattern provides new method to solve the problem of aging in China. In information age, how to use advanced technology to expand and perfect the community nursing activities of the service function, establish intelligent community endowment system and improve the quality of community nursing service becomes the new topic of pension.This dissertation takes the Panzhihua City XIQUMO community as research object, through the methods of questionnaire and depth interview survey, analyzes the community characteristics of the elderly population, pension demand basic situation and the existing pension mode, and summarizes the community endowment service present situation and the insufficiency. This dissertation also uses the literature analysis method to analyze the community endowment service at home and abroad research. Works mentioned above make it possible to develop a system. We use object oriented method and prototype method to develop a system. The feasibility analysis is carried out for the system analysis part, and finishes the system functional requirements; System design part creates the system architecture and data table structure; Implementation part constructs the system architecture and realizes the module.Database development needs data consistency and integrity, good safety, and large data capacity. Application development requires easy operating and full function. The whole system based on B/S three layer architecture and the SSH framework, tomcat as the server, MYSQL as the database management system. |
