Design And Implementation Of Urban Management Mobile Law Enforcement System For Shao Xing

With the speeding up of urbanization process, some problems were exposed in some small and medium-sized city management,such as heavy management work brought a lot of pressure to urban management personnel, and a lot of work still rely on traditional management mode, and informationization degree is backward.In this thesis, according to current situation of shaoxing city management, discusses the application of information technology in the daily management work, in order to design and develop a urban management mobile law enforcement system, and provide service for urban management law enforcement work.This thesis introduces the design and implementation of the law enforcement system, and put forward a development plan which realize the MVC pattern system by using J2 EE framework,WebGIS and workflow technology.This thesis discusses the mobile client function and the application of the workflow on the server.This thesis discussed the application of WebGIS and design the key classes and interfaces,finally completed the function of the mobile client problem report.when the urban management personnel have a routine patrol,they can report illegal cases to the urban management center by using Mobile client devices, thus improve the case detection rate.When designing the service side function module, the thesis completed the case, tasks and case handling, verification, settlement, and other functions and combined with the mobile client, making the urban management center staff can track and control case processing stages,so as to improve the processing efficiency of the case.According to the project development steps, the thesis introduces the plan of the analysis, design, coding, implementation and testing for the law enforcement system.The law enforcement system compared with other similar systems, this system selected the MVC framework model, and divided by three layers,can reduce the coupling between the various modules,and improve the portability and scalability of the system;In the aspect of system function design, the system realizes real-time communication and data sharing between the mobile client and server-side, especially the application of workflow technology, making the system adapt to the new process through the process customizations when the case of process changed,so improved effectively and flexibility of software.At present, this system is running in Shaoxing City Management Law Enforcement Bureau, and has a significant effect that can improve the efficiency of the city’s urban management and enhance the people’s satisfaction,...
