Design And Implementation Of The Administrative Law Enforcement Information System

With the continuous progress of science and technology,information management has become an important management tool for government management.The main way of internal information management in the administrative law enforcement department is the manual processing of paper media,such as text,form,etc..With the comprehensive administrative and law enforcement information processing workload is more and more big,only the query difficulty and complex statistical classification,also caused the workload of the staff increase,the pressure of responsibility,law enforcement case,file maintenance is not perfect.The city urban management bureau established a set of complete and effective for the case management,file management,law enforcement bulletin management,workflow management and system management function of comprehensive administrative law enforcement information system.Through investigation and research,the planning of major business functions are functions on the demand of the basic data,case management function,file management functions,law enforcement bulletin management function and the system management function.In this paper,research and development of system theme focuses on the Urban Management Bureau of comprehensive administrative law enforcement system each function module design,coding,implementation and testing process in detail,focuses on achieving consistent with the real case management of comprehensive administrative law enforcement system,file management and other business needs of information systems,to effectively achieve the standardization and science of administrative law enforcement information management,to achieve internal law enforcement data sharing,improve the efficiency of information safety and staff work.The development of the system uses J2EE technology,combined with the MVC design pattern,using MySQL database for data management.The system realizes the case management,file management,workflow management and other functional modules.At present,the system has been tested and deployed in Urban Management Bureau LAN.The implementation of the system will be beneficial to the standardization,system and procedure of the administrative law enforcement management,and avoid the randomness of business management,improve the speed and accuracy of information processing,and realize the information construction of law enforcement information.
