| City management, digitization, networking and gradually refined management become the developing direction of city management and the core content. The construction of digital city management system in China has become an important part of our country "1025" strategy, is the current problems existing in the digital city management, development and design of digital urban management and law enforcement unified digital platform has become the focus of China’s large and medium-sized city concern.This paper is based on the unified digital urban management and law enforcement, development and design of digital urban management and law enforcement of Chengdu City digital platform launched. This paper starts with the construction of digital urban management and law enforcement unified platform, application of Chengdu City of digital urban management and law enforcement applications of digital platform were outlined, on the basis of the digital urban management and law enforcement unified digital Chengdu City, and the development and design of digital city and digital law enforcement unified platform for design and platform application technology of design are studied, finally realize the Chengdu City digital city management system the functions of the system are described.The main contents of this paper are:One is the design of digital urban management and law enforcement platform. In this part, firstly analyzes the digital urban management and law enforcement unified digital platform development and the feasibility of the design, analyzed how the two systems to achieve unification, and finally the development and design of a uniform application platform.The two is the application of key technologies. In this part, the paper focuses on the key technology applied in process of construction of digital city and digital law enforcement unified platform, such as GIS, GPS, RS, workflow, architecture and technology are described.Three is the implementation of a unified platform subsystem function. Digital urban management and law enforcement platform development and design, how to realize the functions of each subsystem, play a unified platform, this is the focus of this study. |
