Design And Development Of A Unified Platform For Digital Urban Management And Law Enforcement

The appearance of "Digital Urban Management" mode has changed the traditional mechanisms of urban management. Urban management is gradually to be digital, network, and the refinement. A variety of digital technologies are used to solve urban problems and an efficient management mechanism with timely response, timely distribution, timely disposal, timely reply is build in the mode of "Digital Urban Management".In order to solve the problems of urban law enforcement, a solution with building a comprehensive business platform of "Digital Law Enforcement" was proposed to change the traditional law enforcement mode and initial results have been achieved to improve the transparency and efficiency of law enforcement and realize sunshine and efficient law enforcement gradually.The system construction of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" in Xiamen City was relies on as the background. A project for the unified platform of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" is proposed and the technologies used in the platform are researched in depth, the development and implementation of the various subsystems in the unified platform are described in detail finally in this article.In this paper, the specific contents of the study include the following:(1) The application actuality and design framework of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" are described, a further research about the design of "Digital Law Enforcement" is done and a design project is proposed.(2) The realization project for the unified platform of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" is researched and designed focus. The relationship between "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" is analyzed, and then the need and feasibility for building a unified platform is explained. The business processes of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" is integrated and the framework of the unified platform is designed, also the role of the various subsystems. In this paper, the design project for the combination of the unified platform with other digital law enforcement system is also proposed.(3) The application and its technical rationale of some important technologies in the unified platform of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" are researched and analyzed in depth.(4) The realized functions and interface of the subsystem in the unified platform of "Digital Urban Management" and "Digital Law Enforcement" are described as examples.
