Design And Implementation Of Digital City Management And Monitoring Platform

This dissertation proposes a new idea for the construction of the digital city system. Based on real-time monitoring and data exchange platform, monitoring platform of digital city has been established. Monitoring data are acquired through real-time monitoring system, it has improved accuracy and real-time of data, and also solve defects of traditional way for constructing digital city system. Different system and different data exchange on data exchange platform, then related theme are realized, based on data warehouse and data mining technology. This research for constructing digital city is a new attempt and innovation, and it has significant and positive.Based on 3S technology, it takes advantage of automated monitoring technology to acquire real-time data of urban resources, ecology, environment, transport and other aspects. It processes and stores the valuable data on the data exchange platform, and establishes a service-oriented unified information platform on the concept of SOA architecture, and provides functions of service and decision-making. Real-time parameters of the city system need to be controlled as automatic control object, then it implements monitoring and real-time warning, improves the response speed of urban management. It establishes analysis model by use of real-time monitoring data after processed and stored, and provides data service and management decisions. Based on SOA architecture, a supporting platform for research and development operation has been established, it realizes integration study for workflow management system, 3S integration technology, integration of real-time monitoring system and data exchange platform.In a word, a new management concept of digital city system has been achieved through above technologies. Inherent systematic, network, procedures and transparency etc by use of information management promote and optimize urban management, reengineer management process. Management of multi main participated. It provides an effective means to improve urban management. Digital city management makes the information as a guide to integrate, guide and allocate of urban management resource, it turn urban management from qualitative into quantitative, from static status into dynamic status, from a single into integration, from lag into real-time. It can promote urban management means, management model and transform government functions, improve the efficiency of the city.
