In order to solve these problems, further completes the landless farmers’ social endowment insurance work, perfects the social security system, Shandong province government introduces the related system, strives to remove the trouble back at home of landless peasants. After is to establish the business process and information management system. Based on the large number relevant technical documents and references, this paper takes the software engineering theory as the instruction, uses the variety of mature information management system technologies, designs and implements the landless peasants pension insurance system design and implementation.In project design, the landless peasants endowment insurance.Firstly, this paper investigations and analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements, on the basis of system requirements analysis, combines the related reality agricultural insurance business, uses the C/S structure as the system framework, and applies the software system modeling technology, analyzes and designs the system function structure and each function module. This system is divided into ginseng distributed integrated information management, payment management, treatment, treatment for management, management of system parameter, batch operations management and query statistics management seven modules. Then, this paper designs each function module in detail, including the class diagram and sequence diagram. Based on J2EE, designs the B/S/S three layer architectures, which ensures the system has the high degree usability, good expansibility and portability.
