The quality of the implementation of human resource management related to corporate survival and long-term development. For the enterprise, Talent is fundamental. How rational use of personnel of the enterprise is very important. Traditional human resource management is cumbersome and inefficient. In order to resolve this contradiction, using the computer to carry out the management of enterprise human resources is essential.Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemicals CO., Ltd.(YCCC), a joint venture established by Yankuang Group Company Limited and American Cathay Coal Chem Holdings Limited. Situation of YCCC’s human resource management survey results show that, the enterprise urgent needs to establish a human resources management system in line with the actual needs of the job.Paper introduces the flaws and shortcomings of YCCC’s human resource management, and then come the need for using a computer-based human resource management system. According to the actual needs of YCCC, this article focused on the preparation of the personnel management, personal management, recruitment management, training management, compensation management, system management of six modules.This article focuses on YCCC’s human resources management system composition and functions of each module. Human resource management system designed mainly from the modules, data connections, functional implementation, application significance of other aspects. Modules include human resource management system of the main components of modules and each module function to be achieved. Each module is essentially inseparable from the data, therefore, when designing a database, how to efficiently use the data, reduce data redundancy, improve the speed, must be fully taken into account. The database uses SQL Server 2005.This article further discusses the realizing of human resources management system design process, realizing process to the above analysis, the main focus as a basis. The designed system is well implemented with rigorous system testing. Finally, the design is summarized and prospected.
