Unemployment Insurance is very important in the obtain employment and ensure the obtain employment. The research of this problem have great actively meaning for the devolopment of obtain employment of JiangXi, and the convenient for the leader's macroscopical prepareing, and ensure labourer's advantage and offering valuable information consultation.This paper has been shaped against the background of the Employment Information System of the Bureau of Labor and Employment in Yichun. Based on the current system model, this information system has been realized through the use of C++ Builder Platform from Boland Company. The system is composed of Imposing Management, Distributing Management, Information Maintenance, and Daily Inquiry, which is featured by its reuse to the target software, and maintainability through the use of C/S/S Structure. At present, the system has been applied to the platform of the Network of Employment Information in Yichun, backing up daily information management. The system, from the feedback from the users, supports the daily work from every aspect, and satisfies the requirements of information management, thus reducing the errors made during the work, and increasing the efficiency.
