Owing to the improvement of policy the social insurance system has changed a lot.However,since there are dieffernces on business and managerial limitations of policy, current system runs independently, and it's easy to find out the difference in the structure and technique route,which lead to the bottleneck of information exchanging.It has been an urgent problem nowadays that how we could apply the techniques in exploiting a new social insurance system which is based on the line.If it is solved, we'll have the capacity ot administer the scattered consumers and resolve the payment problem.Constructed on the Java Platform,J2EE can run anywhere when it is completed.lt is gradually becoming a main srteam in the field of distributed information system.lt has flexibility,and is easy to be safeguarded,with these advantages,J2EE contributes much to the inofmration sysetm of social insurance.The information system has many difficulties like flexibility of business,wide span and so on,so,with its application in the insurance system,J2EE can be a sensible technical choice.The paper,focused on 2 research objects consisting of the complexity of the treatment of social insurance and by the method for calculating the distribution of the social security system brought about by the speed of data access and concurrency requirements,carries on an intensive study about the J2EE framework, MVC design patterns, JDBC connection pool technology. The main research work has:First,social insurance for the treatment of complicated calculation of the characteristics of a method first proposed the idea of the Treasury, and then on this basis by means of the use of elements, the complexity of the algorithm to complete portfolio to achieve the purpose of calculation, at the same time to ensure that algorithm and easy to maintain timeliness requirements, after repeated testing and practical application of the test to prove the accuracy of the algorithm.Second,for distribution by the social security system brought about by the speed of data access and concurrency requirements, a connection pool to use technology solutions to complete the data connection of several key issues: the establishment, configuration, release, through stress testing and daily application of proven validity and reliability of the program.The author of this article have taked Part in route selection of technology,the demand analysis,the work of design,and the coding participation in the project. After a Period of preliminary operation,the feed back effect is very good,the system has arrived at anticipant design targets,and accords with customers demand.This system follows the open industry standards,has the characteristics of good scalability, maintainability,security,etc.
