At the same time, modern information network technology along with the globalization of the market intensifies the development of situation in further.These force the modern purchasing management to meet the requirements of all. As a result, the purchase management is hard to be mastered and the cost becomes high. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves, establishing a set of suitable procurement management system for enterprise development is imperative.In this paper, through the understanding of the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign procurement business management system, combined with the actual situation of Zhuhai founder printed circuit board, aiming at enterprise PCB procurement management status and business process, the solution to establish enterprise PCB enterprise procurement management system was put forward.The main research contents and achievement were as follows.1. System demand analysis and feasibility analysis. If the system test was passed, the construction of entire system was accomplished perfectly, resulting in on-line service for users.By system analysis, procurement businuess management system based on the Java EE platform is design and implemented. The data sharing problems between systems, information management and other functions are solved by the application of The B/S software architecture, producing some reference significance for expanding the application scope of procurement management system.
