Design And Implementation Of Network Quality Assessment System Based On Customer Perception

As the mobile communication technology developing in high speed, the competitions between mobile communications become more and more intense. However, the competitions are decided by the quality of the nets and whether they could fulfill the customers’ growing requirements for services. The most existing evaluation systems are with a view to the net; this cannot show the using situation of customers fully and truly, and only taking looks on some indexes could not improve the customers’ final feeling. By the side we should keep eyes on the customers’ feeling to design a new kind of mobile net evaluation indexes and use this new system to make all the factors working, then promote the customers’ feeling while improving the quality of net, finally promote the mobile communication company’s brand and hold the customers.In order to satisfy the needs of network operators to assess the quality of network demand, this paper uses an analysis method which is based on network interface signaling data to evaluate the quality of network. Because the evaluation data directly from the network, so the assessment is more accurate, scientific and objective, authentic. The network quality assessment system, the system uses the method of network data analysis, using data analysis method, the analysis of the network quality assessment results based on B/S framework and C/S framework combined with each other, and the related results are presented to the network operators and customers, and satisfy their demand for the quality assessment of the network.The design of network quality assessment system based on customer perception, the general idea is based on the network quality assessment system requirements of operators, the development of the network interface, data acquisition, processing and storage server software decoding, by analyzing the function of database system, directly to study and analyze the related data, the analysis of the evaluation results show the network operators and customers, and the data in the database of evaluation results of extraction by the web server, the HTTP document format to show submission, no need of special client. However, modified assessment system more complicated. The application program of C/S client only, the customer can customize the database and query, automatically generated results and submit the report, the operation is flexible and convenient, but need to have certain database operations using knowledge as support. This system mostly has 5 modules, they are management module, data collect module, analysis module, data showing module and database. They are used to manage users and indexes, collect the original data, compute the quality of the net, show the result to users and save and manage the data. At the end of this paper we also test and show the key functions.
