UMTS network has been very mature, customers are no longer limited to mobile network functions, and more care about the network operators to provide quality of service. As this trend continues to expand, quality of customer satisfaction resulting theory, and with extensive research and development, the industry has on customer satisfaction issues are different degrees of emphasis.As a major user groups, telecom operators, business users are now more concerned about the quality of experience, from the traditional technical innovations have been turned to customer service innovation, improve customer satisfaction on business services, which is the telecom operator long-term business strategy for the invincible. This article is a mobile network extension of the theory of customer satisfaction, drawing on existing customer satisfaction basic theory, UMTS (3G) stream media business structure, the use of ETL techniques, comprehensive research and design. Ultimately satisfaction research, telecommunications data warehouse and ETL technology, business knowledge and comprehensive use of network technology, has designed an UMTS mobile network customer satisfaction rating system.This article focuses on the overall satisfaction evaluation system with the design and development. Development of the system software of the network weights analysis, quality of customer satisfaction evaluation, ETL technology telecommunications data warehouse are the embodiment of good. Development practice has proven that, the theory of customer satisfaction has practical significance and application of better prospects in UMTS and other mobile networks, the practice applied to satisfaction has actively explored the customer satisfaction research.
