| With the rapid development of computer technology and networktechnology, the diversity of services has sprung up in great quantitiesand competition between service providers has been increasingly fierce.In order to win in the fierce competition, service providers must ensurethat their services are provided by the user’s approval. So theydesperately need a service based on user acceptance of evaluation method.However, the current evaluation method is not based on customerperception network adjustment so that there are rooms to improve in termsof the integrity, accuracy and so on. Need further in-depth study topractical use in network operations, in order to serve the management,in the service of maintenance, service in the market, so as to improvethe efficiency of management, and support to get corresponding benefitby market. So the topic of this thesis has practical significance and thenecessity extremely.In this thesis, starting from the quality of user experience andcustomer perception system, on this basis to research and discuss thefollowing:In this thesis, firstly the research background, the definition ofuser experience quality and influence factors, the quantificationand evaluation methods are studied, and the problems existing in thecurrent customer perception system, for example: integrity,accuracy and so on, demand and competition has carried on the simpleintroduction.After analyzing based model of service quality, customer perceptionof network quality evaluation system was proposed and designed, and puts forward the research thinking and frame structure of the system.Analysis methods used in system implementation, such as the Delphimethod, and some statistical theory and statistical software SAS,are described, and also introduced the system used in the keytechnologies, such as customer latitude, maintenance of networkelements, etc.Finally development of the network quality evaluation systemsoftware, and gives the test results. |
