Design And Implementation Of Chengdu ABC Network Internal Control Evaluation System

With the further deepening of financial reforms, the pressure of commercial bank’s internal control and management of branches is further increased, so either the external requirements or internal governance put forward higher requirements for operational risk management banking operation. Therefore, commercial banks need to build a network of internal control evaluation system, collecting information through the post to monitor, check the counseling, accounting and business managers to perform their duties, external supervision and evaluation parameters after classification, comparison and analysis, recognized and classified to the problem library data, and to seek the weak link of the internal management of the business network, based on the diagnosis of outlets, and has a comprehensive assessment of the branches of the internal control management level.In this thesis, for the characteristics of the ABC of Chengdu outlets internal evaluation system, the author developed the ABC network internal control evaluation system based on J2 EE MVC architecture, the system using the oracle database as a data platform, basic of the full analysis of commercial bank financial services, internal control architecture and business needs, we describes the main architecture, system design including system management platform, user management platform, problem management platform, data analysis platform and other functional modules. Design and implementation of the module for the outlets internal control evaluation system’s various processes and each different business.The internal control evaluation management system based on Struts framework has the advantage of portability, security, high reusability, System is the ability to develop and deploy a portable program in a heterogeneous environment. through the study of this topic, we conduct a internal control evaluation management system which can solve the problem of low supervision and performance, the branch management is difficult to refine, the fine management of key events( branch, libraries group, teller,etc.),and risk control is not strong.
