The Design And Implementation About The It Service Management System Of The Internal Network Of Zhong Shan Municipal Public Security Bureau

As the informatization construction of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau goingfurther, the computer system is covering more and more application systems, andinvolved resources of hardware and software is becoming more enormous and complexas well. While in management, it is still in the situation of passivity, which is difficultto eliminate the existing possible failures. In order to reinforce the comprehensivesystem monitoring and management of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau IT system,and ensure the reliability and stability of the system’s operation environment, thissubject adopts an advanced technical means called ITSM (IT Service Management) toset up the IT service management system, which aims to fulfill a positive, effective,active and comprehensive system management, develop an operations supportedplatform and service platform, and offer a reliable and sound guarantee for operationsof the system.With ITSM, Zhongshan Public Security Bureau can form an efficientmanagement strategy to plan and operate the existing IT system, and develop andimplement a new system. By ITSM management strategy about procedure-orientedand existing IT service oriented, Zhongshan Public Security Bureau can improve itsability of IT service offering and IT service supporting.This subject follows the mainstream idea and design method of the ModernSystem Engineering, and adopts the mainstream system development technology suchas Struts framework and dynamic interaction page (JSP, JavaScript) and c3p0’sconnection pool. Thus, it can ensure a better system operating quality and higherapplication development efficiency. Meanwhile, it can adopt the ideas ofmodularization framework structure to make development according to the actualneeds of user and the system realization principle of loosely-coupled, highly-cohesive.This system bases on J2EE Platform, an across platform with excellent scalability andhigh stability, uses Java as its development language, and chooses Browser/ServerModel with better flexibility and maintainability as its client and server access model. This article is divided into four parts, preliminary work, system requirementsanalysis, system design and implementing, and subject summary. Through thepreliminary time of data collection, a better understanding of ITSM can be formed,which contributes to the next job, system requirements analysis. In the part ofrequirement analysis, the current situation and the future development tendency of ITsystem of Zhongshan Public Security Bureau has to be understood fully, therefore, ageneral direction of system design, language tool and others can be determined, andthen a general system framework can be set up. Then, the process of system designingand improving can be made based on the general framework, and system constructioncan be implemented successfully.
