The Design And Implementation Of WEB Based Sales Management System In Coal Chemical Industry Of Yancoal Group

With the development of economy and the enlargement of city scale, informatization begins to play a more and more important role in all kinds of management, The management of coal chemical products also comes into being because of the needs in market. Hereby, the computer-controlled sales management system becomes a platform for the managers and sales staff to handle all kinds of sales business. By using this system, the management and inquiry of products becomes exacter, quicker, clearer, more convenient and efficient because of this system. It also brings high efficiency in the sales management and becomes an important logo of standard and modern sales management. This thesis analyzes the contents and characterization of coal chemical sales management and then provides a system to solve the problems in practice. The system adopts B/S Structure and SQL Server 2000 database based on JSP. Furthermore, it is designed based on the practical condition and can be used for inquiry and management. The function of this system is to control the sales management process and sales of products by using computers. By adopting this system, work will become quicker, more convenient and efficient. This thesis mainly studies how to design the sales management system, explains its necessary and importance, analyzes in details the main phrases in designing this system(need analysis, steps in design, details in design), provides ideological steps in designing the system, and illustrates its designing process, method and effects in practical use. This system adopts Visual Basic.NET and SQL Server 2000 software and chooses hardware and software tested. The author also investigates the area of usage after reading relative materials. The system is divided into modules as follows: management of basic materials, management of contracts, management of loading, management of weighing, financial management, comprehensive inquiry and system management. The sales management, data management and combination statements etc can be controlled by comprehensive inquiry.
