Study And Implementation Of Platform For Science Research Team Knowledge Management

Knowledge management(KM) is a new management and the target is to make knowledge creativity. Introduce the concept of KM into research team management and develop a KM platform by using computer technologies can not only cope with those changes science research team has faced, but also help team members acquiring, storing, sharing, exchanging and using knowledge, which means to reinforce team's innovation ability.The paper take research team's knowledge resource as an object to do the requirements analysis of KM platform from three aspects, including function requirement, performance requirement and user interface requirement, then represents design idea, make certain design goals and principles. Combine with some advanced studies about KM and the personality of research team's knowledge, the article show five design strategies as follows: plan knowledge map, dig Tacit Knowledge, build dynamic learning repository,build"scene"and create sharing atmosphere. After that, it provides the overall framework and the functional structure diagram of development platform. The platform is based on B / S mode, using MySQL to manage background data, the paper describes key points of the database design and system security design, introduces the leading module's design process.Finally, see the laboratory research team as an example to verify the knowledge management platform. Mainly base on Apache performance test to confirm the availability of the platform. Use the website analysis tool Google Analytics to reflect the application of the platform. The result shows that KM platform has already entered into research team's daily life, but also exists some deficiency.At last, the paper summarizes thesis work and gives the prospects for further work.
