Design And Implementation Of Management Information System For Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On .NET

The management of teachers is of great importance to the quality management of talents in colleges and universities.Jiangxi vocational colleges have encountered various problems such as the lack of information processing and the difficulty of sharing in practical operation.To this end,it is very necessary to establish a set of effective application software for persistent management of school teachers and provide the basis for sharing within the unit.In this paper,the faculty management system is based on the B/S architecture and the client-side script framework is used to establish the data communication.According to the functional analysis of the information system of the faculty,the object-oriented design tool Power Design is used to establish the system model.At the same time,the corresponding model evaluation index is given to the teacher team system.And establishing the relevant examples according to the model to verify the rationality and validity of the model design.This paper first elaborates the purpose and significance of the system research,analyzes the current situation of the management system of the teachers at home and abroad,points out the problems existing in the management of the teachers,and then gives the main contents of the system research.Then it expatiates the system demand analysis,introduces the basic concept of MVC design pattern in system development,and puts forward the prerequisite for the development of teacher management system.Then,through the operation of the user to solve the specific problems,the use of software design and development of technical tools as an auxiliary means to analyze the function of modeling and specific coding to achieve.The development platform used in this article is based on Microsoft's VS.NET 2013 and SQL Server 2008 R2.Using a mature three-tier architecture to build background management and use the JQuery architecture to achieve client-server data refresh interaction.Specifically,we have mainly realized the school part-time teacher file management,teacher recruitment management,teacher training management,teacher morality assessment management,teacher performance appraisal management,teacher team system integrated management and other related business.The realization of the teaching staff management system enhances the level of unit information management.Finally,we give the test case design according to the function determined by need requirements analysis to ensure that the functional operation is normal to use.Finally,the establishment of a teacher management system facilitates the management of teachers and solves the teacher management and statistical analysis which is impacted by cockamamie teacher team management.At the same time,we solve the information sharing and teacher information management through the teacher team management platform.The work efficiency of teacher management staff has been improved by B/S model.
