It is evitable for health informationization in the development of national health services. And it is critical for the in-depth reform of medical system. It is also a significant measure to achieve the goal of basic medical and health service for everyone. Monitoring of critically ill pregnant women in hospital belong to the public health service areas. Public health information platform is a comprehensive integrated management platform, which formulated strict top-level design and unified information standardization construction, which makes the data conversion and sharing between various information systems more important.
