Information system analysis and Implementation of Pangang Messer Company’s engineering maintenance department.With the rapid growth of national economy, market competition is getting more and more intense, so industry profit is shrinking. For better economic benefit, producing enterprises have to take effective measures to improve integrative management of equipment, scientifically control and maintain equipment accurately and timely. Drafting the rational equipment maintenance plan can reduce repair cost and meet the production requirement. In this thesis, the oxygen generator maintenance equipment as an exploitation example. It explains Pangang Messer Gas Company’s production, maintenance decision-making, analysis of equipment system and design process.In this paper, the background of this project is described, the existing problems of the basic character and feasibility of Engineering Maintenance Department Equipment information management system of Panzhihua Iron and steel Messer engineering Repair department are also analyzed, and the general process of the system structure and repair equipment is presented. According to the character of our enterprise, to meet the actual requirements of our oxygen production factory, this paper puts forward the construction plan of Engineering Equipment Maintenance Department information comprehensive support system. Based on Structured Design Method, by means of equipment information to manage the correspondence business process and dataflow process, accomplishes the design of equipment comprehensive information system, and introduces the detailed design and achievement process of each functional module. The implementation architecture of the system and the operation procedure of partial interface are details, And the preliminary plan of the integrated system is introduces in the last part of this paper. This system is based on B/S model, by the development tool of Visual Studio, adopts database server SQL Server to develop.Realized equipment comprehensive information system, the enterprise successfully realizes fast search of running equipment failure, achieve to rush repair, schedules maintenance plan, changes from maintenance of equipment breakdown to preventive maintenance, improves the capability of equipment, and fits equipment system to demands of manufacturing variation. It provides the basis for the leaders when making policy decision, and creates bigger benefits for the enterprise.
