Research And Analysis On Equipment Maintenance Management System Of Guiyang Cigarette Factory

Guiyang cigarette factory is the production line which has various equipment type.And thes devices are complex and out of order frequently.The maintenance management is difficult to form a systematic equipment.The management efficiency is low.The maintenance management for tobacco silk mainly takes the ways of paper collection,experience analysis and having discussion together at present.The management is discontinuous and messy.When the equipments don’t work,the workers do not take some measures to solve it and analyze the temporary safety problems immediately.Therefore,it has been making a serious effect about the efficiency of dealing with the equipment fault and the running reliability.What’s more,it may cause some safety accidents of equipment and the economic losses. While,when facing these severe problems,we are expected to research a series of methods to change it.The paper firstly introduces the background research about the equipmen maintenance management system.It also discusses the significance and importance of researching projects.Mearwhile,it makes a detailed analysis of system,including the description ofbusiness and analysis of the structure of the organization. The system includes the functions of personnel information management, equipment information based fault management, data management, equipment management, equipment processing equipment maintenance management, patrol inspection equipment management and system management. It analyzes and modifies the business process,which gives the original business flow chart and system reengineering business process diagrams.In functional analysis.it shows the role of system analysis,system data flow analysis,it shows the role of system analysis,system data flow analysis and the structure of system function,which came to the total function structure diagram(H). Specific module desigm of the function structure diagram are given respectively in the H diagram.and it gives the description of the entry.In data analysis.the entity attribute analysis was carried out on the system.Entity relationship analysis and the database tables are also included in it.In addition,the mai entity attributes figure is given.It analyzes the database using the entity relationship diagram and the database table structure E-R diagram in detail.This paper finally summarized the content of the study,and it states my main work,pointing out the shortage of the paper. And the further work were also discussed.
