| According to the theory of reliability and aiming at the situation of our country, which applies some theories such as the reliability theory, computer technology, information management, status monitor and fault diagnosis, this paper studies a pertinence maintain strategy based on RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance).In the actual application we have established the basis and the important point of the theory of the RCM and have decided the steps to actualize it. At the same time we discuss the realization of the theory in the large-scale hoisting system.In this paper the composition of the maintain management for the large-scale hoisting system has been studied. As far as the slope cable car of XiMing coal mine for hoisting people is concerned we have decided its function, capability standard and fault mode. Furthermore we have analyzed the criticality of all kinds of fault modes and have realized the off-line monitor.With Visual FoxPro 6.0 as the exploitation tool the maintain management program for the large-scale hoisting system has been finished. The functions that have been realized include information management, status monitor, fault diagnosis and maintain decision-making as well as type design choice, test modification and technology dictionary and so on.The realization of the maintain system will have important significance for improving the level of maintain technology of machines and safeguarding the reliable and efficient running. |
