The Research And Design For Information Exchange Platform Of E-Government Affairs Based On Biztalk

Electronic government affairs are one of the most important areas of information construction by the governments all around the world. As the problem of information island always exists between departments of government, an approach of information resource integration is proposed in order to improve working efficiency, reduce duplicated construction and then avoid the waste of human and material resources. From simple independent exchange to current information resource integration, the information resource integration scheme of electronic government affairs has been continuously improved and perfected. Therefore the information exchange platform of e-government affairs proposed in this paper has significant meanings.The research background and current situation of electronic government affairs are discussed firstly, then some relevant technical schemes of information resource integration are explored and the deficiencies of traditional information integration scheme are compared. Aiming at development trend of electronic government affairs, the significance and necessity of information resource integration are clarified. Finally several technical schemes in the current information integration area are compared and the information exchange platform of e- government affairs based on Biztalk are researched and designed.The architecture application platform based on Biztalk is designed in this paper: according to the project requirement the components of information exchange platform is developed using Biztalk server 2006 enterprise edition and the application examples of several operation flows are realized. From this research it is found that the problem of information island exists not only in the government departments but also in various industries. Inspired by the research in this paper, the research scheme and design method can be applied into more areas so that a multilayer social information exchange platform can be built to avoid resource-wasting and achieve the harmonious development of information society.
