With the development of coal industry matures, the rapid development of science and technology, and the diversification of the mining depth and the Spatial scale, coal mine accidents is also endless and cause great harm to the production and life of the people. Coal mine accident of the water damage is one of the most important disasters. Therefore, coal mine water disaster prevention and prediction become the focus of the task. this project bases on The National Natural Science Foundation of China, i.e., the research of the muti-source information fusion using in the prediction of the coal mine water damage. In this background, this subject develops a software that can monitor the coal mine underground water drainage and predict the water damage.This project is developed basing on LabVIEW. Basing on the TCP/IP protocol functions that LabVIEW integrates with, we can monitor and come to know the practical situation and the mine water by watch the pressure, flow and water level that are acquired by the corresponding sensors.In according to real situation of the coral of the village Zhang, this dissertation provides the comprehensive managed software. The system comprises of the data acquisition and the release of control commands and the machine monitor from the host computer. Therein, the data acquisition consists of two parts. The first part is the data acquisition is completed by PLC module that detects and acquires the status of the sensors include the start stop state of Electronic Ball valve, gate valve pump and vacuum pump, the data that acquires from the intake, the outfall, the pressure sensor and the level sensor. The second is acquiring the data from the mining surface and sends out these data though the communication to the host computer. The host computer and the PLC communicate with PROFINET basing on the open Ethernet technology of industrial automation area. Basing on the PROFINET technology, the staff can monitor the field device in the real time.The monitoring interface of this software is designed by LabVIEW 8.2. Further more, completed the setting and monitoring the process parameters, process control, the equipment chain control, alarm monitoring and the analysis of real-time and recorded trend, and provides the technical flow chart and interface, the control loop interface, alarming interface, and recording and printing the process parameters and events. The monitor can watch all of the interfaces by mouse and keyboard, modify the parameters control the process and achieve the man-machine conversation.The dissertation also develops the system of security level evaluation. We import the data of variable into the database, transmit the data that are aggregated through internet, display the security level in the real-time and call the historical data report at any time basing on the LabVIEW environment. It can supply an Effective decision-making when predicting the water damage.
